Free in-home estimates and expert installation
We understand that you need to be comfortable with your HVAC company from start to finish, every time you need our help.
Whether you are a long-time customer or calling us for the first time, we take your call seriously. We know we are not the only air conditioning contractor in the Valley, and we have to earn your trust with our performance every single time you call. We take great pride in exceeding your expectations.
You can depend on Leading Edge Air to provide the same quality when we install your new air conditioning system as we do with our new home construction projects. Our crews must pass stringent requirements and each installation is examined 4 times! Once by the builder’s supervisor, once by the city inspector, next by a third party independent inspector and last but not least by the homeowner. The job is done right the first time and these are the same crews that will be working in your home as well.

Our FREE in-home estimates include:
Computer-generate total home load calculation. You cannot properly determine the right size HVAC systems for your home by using “the size unit you have now”, by square footage, or using a “rule of thumb”. Your Leading Edge Air Comfort Consultant will complete an ACCA “Manual J” load calculation to determine the proper sized unit for your home. In fact, all the air conditioning manufacturers state you should not let a contractor who doesn’t do a computer generated load calculation install their equipment.Computerized duct system design. If we determine a duct system has been installed poorly, we use the most up to date software to design the proper system. It determines the precise diameter and length of duct material needed, the exact size vents and more.
No pressure “education presentation.” After we assess your HVAC needs, we will patiently show and explain to you exactly what we have found, both good and bad. We will go over your choices of equipment, if needed, reviewing both their features and costs. Finally, once we have jointly settled on a solution, your Leading Edge Air Comfort Consultant will give you an on-site, all-inclusive investment cost. You will only pay what we have set down in writing, with no surprises later. If another HVAC supplier simply hands you an estimate without taking these steps, we urge you to thank them for their time, and call us for a properly developed estimate.
Financing options. We work with many manufacturer, third-party credit company, and governmental programs that may help you with financing up front or rebates/credits later. Your comfort consultant will be happy to provide you with this information.

What Size System Do You Need?
When it comes to your heating and air conditioning system, bigger isn’t always better, and smaller isn’t always more economical.
The wrong system size could cost you!
A system that is too large will cool or heat your house quickly, but you still may not feel comfortable. That’s because it will satisfy the temperature setting on your thermostat before it can adequately remove sufficient moisture from the air. What’s more, the stress of short cycling (too many starts and stops) will shorten the life of your equipment and increase your heating and air conditioning bills.
A system that is too small just cannot get the job done. The air conditioner will run constantly in the summer and the furnace will do the same in winter which may overtax your system and increase your energy consumption.
In most homes across the country, systems are in fact too large. And an oversized system not only makes it more difficult to control your comfort levels, it costs you money, because you’re essentially paying to heat or cool space that isn’t even there. That’s why a proper heat load calculation is so important.
